About
Data science, applied to the guest inbox.
Who we are
Founded by Dragos Diac. Based in London.
EasilyData is a London data science team. For years we built AI that large multinationals could rely on, with every automated decision explainable.
In 2022 we brought that discipline to short-term rentals and built Aeve, an AI autopilot for guest operations that runs alongside Guesty and Hostaway. Where Aeve comes up in a guide, we flag it there too.
This site is where we write up what we've learnt. How much of a guest inbox an AI can safely handle, where it shouldn't try, and what to ask before you trust one with your guests. The guides are meant to be useful whichever tool you end up with, including the one your PMS already gives you.
